Community Guidelines
BingeDeck is built for talking about movies, shows, podcasts, music, videos, and the things people love. These rules apply to reviews, comments, discussions, messages, profiles, lists, attachments, and other community features.
Be a person, not a problem
- Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or repeatedly target another person.
- Do not attack people based on protected characteristics or promote hateful conduct.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive way.
- Do not spam, mass-message, manipulate engagement, or coordinate fake activity.
Sexual and exploitative content
- Do not post sexual exploitation, sexualized content involving minors, or material that facilitates abuse.
- Do not post or threaten to post intimate images of another person without consent.
- Do not post AI-generated or digitally altered intimate images of an identifiable person without consent.
If an intimate image of you was shared without consent, use our Safety & Content Reports page. You do not need a BingeDeck account to submit a removal request.
Privacy and personal information
- Do not publish another person’s home address, private phone number, financial information, credentials, or similarly sensitive information without permission.
- Do not use BingeDeck to coordinate surveillance, intimidation, or unwanted tracking of another person.
Copyright and other rights
Only upload material you have the right to use. Copyright owners should use the Copyright & DMCA processfor formal copyright notices. Repeated copyright infringement can result in account termination.
Safety
- Do not make credible threats of violence or encourage others to commit violence.
- Do not use BingeDeck to facilitate illegal exploitation, fraud, malware, or other serious wrongdoing.
- Do not glorify or encourage self-harm in ways that create a direct safety risk to another user.
Enforcement
BingeDeck may remove content, limit features, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts depending on severity, context, history, and legal requirements. Severe safety violations may be acted on immediately. BingeDeck may also preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law, or document enforcement.
Report a problem
Use the Safety & Content Reports page to report community content or behavior. Include a BingeDeck URL, content ID, username, or other information that helps us locate the material. Abuse of the reporting system itself may result in enforcement.
